2026 MRPA Annual State Conference Exhibit Hall Information

MRPA Annual Conference Dates - March 24th - 26th, Exhibit Hall - March 25th from 4:00-6:30pm

Conference Location: MassMutal Center, 1277 Main Street, Springfield, MA

March 24th, 2026

• Social - White Lion Brewing Company: 8:30-11:00pm

• Exhibitor Check-in: 12:30-3:00pm
• Exhibitor Setup: 12:30-3:30pm (all booths must be set up by 3:30pm)
• Exhibitor Hall: 4:00-6:30pm
• Exhibit Hall Breakdown: 6:30pm
• Dinner (for purchase): 6:45-8:00pm
• Social - MGM Springfield: 8:30-11:00pm

Booths: One 6’ table and two chairs. Booth selection is on your tier of sponsorship and membership.
MRPA will do its best to assign competitors so they are not adjacent to one another. Exhibitors must bring their own tablecloth.

Electrical Service: Standard 120V is available at some of the booths at an additional charge of $125 per booth. 
Please be sure to indicate any need for electricity on your registration form. We can NOT provide an electrical hookup 
if not requested with registration.

Please Note The Following:

• Booth selection is on your tier sponsorship and/or membership. Commercial Partner Members will receive priority booth assignment. No request for booth placement.
• Full payment constitutes the completed agreement for the use of space. MRPA reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time prior to or during the conference.
• Cancellations must be received in writing prior to February 23, 2026. A $75 service fee will be charged. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will not receive a refund.
• All 2026 Conference payments must be made by March 1st, 2026. If your payment has not been processed by March 1st your registration will be cancelled and the exhibitor space will be given to the first on the waitlist.
• Booth numbers will be given at check in when you arrive on Wednesday, March 25th.
• An attendee list will email to your primary contact after the conference on Friday, March 27th.

MassMutual - Exhibit Hall Information

• All demonstrations must be limited to the exhibit space assigned. Aisles must remain clear. Advertising may only be distributed within the assigned exhibitor space. 
• If vendors need to ship anything they can send it to 1277 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01103. COMPANYNAME / MASSRPA must be on the label. Otherwise, security will not accept the package. Once the package(s) arrive they will go through security. Packages can arrive starting Monday 3/23/2026.  Any large items that get shipped will be at the loading dock. The boxes will be brought to the exhibit hall and then the exhibitor can find their package there.
• The MassMutual Center and MRPA are not responsible for any packages that are delivered.
• If items need to be shipped out after the event the exhibitor is responsible for labeling the boxes, bringing them to security or the loading dock depending on the size of the shipment and will need to schedule the pickup with FEDEX or UPS. MassMutual will not schedule pickups.
• Exhibit Hall B will be used for load in and load out. There will be a sign that says vendor load in.  You will be able to unload and then you will need to move your car to either the Convention Center Car Park or MGM Springfield.  Carts will be available on a first come first basis.
• Addresses to both of the parking garages are below:
  • Convention Center Car Park: 41 Harrison Ave, Springfield, MA 01103 - this is paid parking located across the street from the MMC Convention Center entrance.
  • MGM Springfield: One MGM Wy, Springfield, MA 01103 - free garage - located 1 ½ blocks from MMC Convention Center Entrance.

• Nothing may be taped, tacked, nailed, screwed to walls, floors or any other parts of building. Any damage or defacement by infractions of this rule will be remedied at the expense of the exhibitor.
• MRPA reserves the right to limit exhibits due to excessive noise, method of operation, hazardous displays or for any reason deemed unfit by MRPA, Fire Marshall and/or MassMutual Center.
