Youth Sports Administrator Certification (CYSA)

Professionals involved in youth sports administrators are invited to earn the industry recognized Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA) designation by completing the Academy for Youth Sports Administrators to ensure a strong foundation of knowledge on issues pertaining to overseeing sports programs in today’s ever-changing environment. Some of the topics covered include youth sports philosophy, leadership, volunteer management, child abuse prevention, parent management, conflict resolution, safety and risk management, emergency preparedness, program evaluation and marketing and more.

Discounted MRPA Registration Includes:

• The in-person Academy Prep Session in Needham will provide an enhanced learning experience and networking opportunity.

• 60-day access to the Academy for Youth Sports Administrators via NAYS.ORG to complete the certification process.

• Upon earning the CYSA, a new CYSA packet will be sent that include an original certificate and a polo styled shirt w the CYSA logo.

• Continuous access to their My CYSA area of the NAYS.ORG site for their entire 2-year initial certification cycle.
